PCC423A series

The output of the PCC423A series is proportional to acceleration. An output of 4 mA indicates a level of 0 g or no vibration present. A full-scale reading of 20 mA indicates that the full scale range of vibration is present.

The new PCC423A series was optimized to be lighter weight and have a lower profile, in order to provide more clearance in small spaces. They operate at a maximum temperature of 105° C (221° F), a significant increase over other 4-20 mA vibration sensors on the market. These sensors can be ordered with either a 1/4-28 UNF or M6 captive mounting screw.

Wilcoxon Research integral cable sensors are hermetically sealed with a glass-to-metal feedthrough, for optimum protection in the harsh industrial environment. They have a side exit connector for lower clearance.
