Repair service

At Wilcoxon, our total lower cost of ownership makes it easy to do business. We continue to offer the same lifetime commitment to your success that has driven our business for over 40 years.

Our products have the highest mean time between failure (MTBF) in the industry. We stand by each of the 500,000+ units installed in the field and, if any product should ever fail within five years, we will repair or replace it at no charge.

In the unlikely event that a repair is needed, simply contact us (at 800-WILCOXON, 301-330-8811 or sensors@wilcoxon.com) for a Return Goods Authorization number, and our factory-trained personnel will repair your sensor carefully and quickly.
