Ordering information

Stock products: Wilcoxon is very proud to be the only vibration sensor manufacturer to have an on-time delivery record of greater than 98%. This is possible through our extensive in-house production capabilities and our commitment to world-class customer service. When other manufacturers say no, Wilcoxon says yes.

Shipping – North America: Orders are shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. Actual shipping costs will be added to your order. Wilcoxon does not charge handling fees.

Shipping, handling, duties, and brokerage – International : You have the option of either using Wilcoxon's standard shipping arrangements or specifying your preferred carrier. If you choose Wilcoxon's standard shipping arrangements, we will ship UPS Worldwide Express directly to your door. The shipping cost and customs brokerage fees will be prepaid and added to your bill. Import duties and any VAT are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Alternatively, you may choose your own carrier. Simply provide the name of the carrier and your account number and you will be billed directly by the carrier for shipping, customs clearance, duties, and VAT

Delivery: You will be contacted by a Wilcoxon Representative with a confirmed shipping date, shortly after placement of your order. We will make every effort to meet any special delivery requirements you may have.

Credit eards: Wilcoxon accepts VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. Your credit card will not be billed until the order is shipped.

Order acknowledgement: A fax will be sent to you acknowledging your order and confirming delivery. Please allow 1 to 2 working days.

Export outside of country of registration: The United States Government has a wide variety of controls over the export of products manufactured in the U.S. To ensure compliance with these regulations, you must contact Wilcoxon before temporarily or permanently exporting these products to any other country.
